A very powerful, small, modular and easy-to-mount, powered air purification respirator (PAPR).

Device Overview

The CD-PAPR is a lightweight, low-burden device designed for extreme conditions. It features 40mm NATO threads, high-efficiency filtration with multiple flow rate settings for up to full CBRN protection. With various single and dual filter mounting options, an IP67 rating, a shock-resistant build, and optional breath responsive air delivery, it ensures durability and long-term comfort for military and law enforcement personnel.

Mounting Options

The CD-PAPR uses standard NATO 40mm threads allowing for mounting on most standard-issue respirators and our BTAM. Designed for flexibility, the CD-PAPR can be mounted in many single or dual-filter configurations.

Battery Compatibility

This patent pending CD-PAPR is designed to accommodate multiple battery types and connections. The following options are available:

  • USB-C

  • Single use CR123

  • Rechargable lithium-ion 18650 or 21700

  • Small Tactical Universal Batteries (STUB)

  • Galvion Solopack

  • PRC-148 Batteries (Thales, L3 Harris, Etc.)

  • Lithium-ion BB-2590/U

  • Customer Specified
